About Me.
Rainer Barnhart is a social worker based in Salida, Colorado. He is the founder of Inner Power, a community health initiative that promotes healing, strength, and vitality through physiotherapy. Inner Power's unique approach combines cold plunging, heat therapy, breath work, psychotherapy, nutrition, and exercise to help individuals live the lives they are meant to have. Rainer's passion for promoting health in his community has made him a respected figure in the field of social work.
